Isabel Marant

Philosophy

Isabel Marant is a ready-to-wear and jewellery label for women, founded by the homonymous French designer who made her debut in 1989 with an accessories line.

In 1994 she launched her ready-to-wear women line.

Five years later, with “Etoile” Isabel Marant created a more affordable second line, and in 2004 she launched the babies collection.

Company is popular for its urban, dressed up and bohemian-chic minimal style: short dresses, casualwear, knitwear and oversize pull, soft trousers, tailored jackets, leather items with a rock soul, purses and footwear.

And then pirate boots, necklaces, dark and romantic bracelets with skulls and flowers.

Metallic chains scarves, python prints which enrich silk dresses, kaleidoscopic patterns, Tie Dye fabrics, lurex details on clothes, feathers earrings mix the Isabel Marant wardrobe, who dresses girls with souvenirs and treasures collected in her long journeys around the world.

She also made precious memories of past eras, as baseball jackets or 50’s rolled up pants.
