Lulu Guinness founded her imaginative accessories label in 1989, from the intention to be slightly outré and push boundaries, gaining critical acclaim and praise from leading fashion industry figures.
Inspired by surrealist designer Elsa Schiaparelli, her signature designs are instantly recognizable: iconic pieces include vintage-inspired clutches, cat-shaped purses, vintage cameo prints and her distinctive Dali-esque lips clutch bag, that remains the brand's staple accessory, transporting the Surrealist art movement into mainstream popular culture.
