Philosophy

Pamella Rolland is an american gown and high-end women's clothing collection loved by style icons and celebrities.

After completing her business management degree, designer Pamella DeVos began her career in marketing and public relations in Japan, where she directed the communication for the prestigious National Art Show of the College Women's Association of Japan. Upon returning to the U.S., she continued to explore new opportunities in both business and philanthropy, melding the two whenever possible.

In 2002 she launched the Pamella Roland collection, finding inspiration throughout her life, creativity, art and the world at large.

She immediately approached this new venture with the same energy and entrepreneurial savvy for which she is known; establishing the overall business structure while taking the lead as the creative force behind the label: she plays a major role in every facet of the business, from choosing every silhouette, shape, fabric, and color, to directing sales, hiring staff, and managing all public relations and marketing efforts.

From chiffon and silk woven evening gowns for a wedding or a gala to cocktail dresses, Pamella strives to create clothes for a confident woman with exceptional taste, one who demands a versatile wardrobe in which she feels polished and impeccable without forsaking her sensuality and femininity.

The Pamella Roland collection received the prestigious 2003 Gold Coast Award and it is sold at the finest department stores and specialty stores in the United States and abroad.

In 2010, in June 2010, the designer was invited to become a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).
