Philosophy
Si-Jay is an italian total-look womenswear brand that blends together natural fabrics, strong and trendy colors with feminine shapes and a maniacal care of details.
Born in 1981, designer and founder Jacopo Ceroni made his first steps in the fashion industry during his late adolescence when working for some of the best Italian boutiques.
His expertise firstly developed within the commercial environment as an assistant buyer in several Milan’s and Paris’s showrooms.
His talent and his inner curiosity has led afterward to the role of brand cordinatoor of the JONOFUI collection in 2005 and later to the scouting of emerging brands such as Aujourlejour in 2008 and MARCOBOLOGNA in 2010.
Finally in 2013 he designed his first SS14 Si-Jay colleciton which was presented in Milan and received a very positive feeback from italian as well as International clientele.
Art and movies are a source of inspiration for Jacopo and played a fundamental role in the design of this collection, characterized by carefully chosen fabric and the attention for handmade sawed embroidery
The Si-Jay woman could need a jacket for a business meeting or a dress for a cocktail evening that want to either be sexy or playful.
