The homonymous French fashion designer Roger Vivier is known for his Parisian glamour-chic footwear and he is popular for the very thin stiletto created in 1954 and the unmistakable sculptural shoes.
Over the last 50 years the original and eccentric fashion shoe designer has created footwear for famous celebs such as Marlene Dietrich, Queen Elizabeth, Brigitte Bardot and he still seduce VIP.
Roger Vivier worked with big names of the fashion system such as Ungaro, Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent.
From 2002, new Creative Director Bruno Frisoni creates luxury collections: precious fabrics, jewellery details, bright colours and bold prints, make Roger Vivier shoes always unique.
Crocodile skins, python and exotic reptiles, delicate silk; these precious materials are used for sandals, boots and pumps, with “ton sur ton” embroideries, 24 carat gold details, peacock feathers, crystals, pearls and ribbons declined in fluo pink, black, silver and emerald green.
