Naked & Famous is a Canadian brand, focusing on denim for men and women.
Naked & Famous imports best and most expensive denim from Japan and carefully analyzes each stage of production: weaving, dyeing, finishing, mixing old school and modern techniques.
Proposals are rough and simple showing the real and pure denim, without faded effects or embroideries.
Several fabrics are used in the collections: denim mixed with Kevlar cashmere, silk, wool, linen and camel wool.
Designers create modern designs for both men and women; Naked & Famous offers three designs for man, skinny, slim and tapered, and four for women, skinny, slim, boot-cut and trouser-cut.
The brand also proposes shirts, belts, sweaters, ties, bags, wallets and small leather goods.
Naked & Famous criticizes the current culture obsessed with celebrities; their goal, not surprisingly, is to tease those brands which propose expensive jeans, only because sponsored by celebrities.
The logo reminds the pop-art paintings which depict the "ideal blond", as an exponent of mass culture.
Naked & Famous aimed to denim-addicted, who like special fabrics at reasonable price.
