Philosophy
Pas De Calais is a French women's clothing brand characterized by a romantic contemporary spirit.
After a graduation and a job experience at Galerie de Pop, japanese designer Yukari Suda founded her clothing line in 1998 focusing on soft, natural materials and a clean-cut design.
Inspired by the French region and made in Japan, Pas De Calais proposes a balanced subtle mixture of casual silhouettes highlighted by touches of decadence that give a freedom of personal styling that crosses all frontiers.
Combining tradition and modernity, the brand follows a variety of traditional dyeing and advanced techniques used with natural materials such as cotton, linen and silk, then harmoniously composed into a comfortable wearable collection.
The color tones are based on soft naturally subdued shades of ecru, sand, khaki green, chalk white, dove gray and coal black.
