Graduate of the Grafton Academy of fashion and design, Tipperary-born Louise Kennedy establishing her eponymous label in 1983, earning an international reputation for creating clothes that are appreciated for their sophistication and elegance, taking luxurious approach to modern feminine dressing to a new level thanks to her innovative use of colour and detailed embellishement.
Each season, her collections reflect the highest standards of workmanship and fabrication that instantly appeal to those who value understated luxury and contemporary glamour.
Louise has dressed members of the British, European and Middle Eastern Royal Families; other supporters over the years include Meryl Streep, Andie McDowell, Beyoncé, Kylie Minogue and the late Elizabeth Taylor.
She has been the recipient of many prestigious awards including the Fashion Oscar for Designer of the Year in 1992 and Irish Designer of the Year in 1985, 1989, 1991 and 1993.
