Philosophy
Belstaff, Italian brand of sportswear for men, women and children, specializing is waterproof, protective jackets, motorcycle jackets and hi-tech blouson.
The company was founded by Harry Grosberg in Longton, England in 1924, marked by the phoenix logo, a symbol of continuity in time.
At first Belstaff began the manufacture of waterproof and breathable outerwear using the "Wax Cotton", the famous waxed cloth, obtained from a particular Egyptian cotton, treated with natural oils to make it waterproof, keeping its breathability.
Belstaff jackets were worn by popular celebrities such as Lawrence of Arabia, Che Guevara and Arthur Miller.
The brand has always invested in research of innovative materials and technology, such as "Sportwool" thermal insulation fabric that protects from abrasion and falls, ensuring high performance and maximum comfort.
Since 2004 the brand has been producing by the Italian Clothing Company, owned by the Malenotti family, offering total looks; from parkas, jackets ,blazers up to shirts and purses.
