Philosophy
Edun is a brand of clothing for men and women founded in 2006; the brand pursues the dream of a eco-friendly fashion, that supports workers behind the supply chain.
The brand, whose name is an anagram of nude, was established by Bono, one of the most influential men in the music business, and his wife Ali Hewson in partnership with the New York designer Rogan Gregory; Edun garments are all made of natural fibers.
The production is entirely entrusted to small businesses in South America, Africa and India; yarns are purchased in Peru, cotton grown in Africa, while fabrics, which change from season to season, are purchased in Japan and North Africa.
Collections propose casual and wearable garments, but still very glam, with an extreme attention to detail.
