The homonymous Austrian-Greek designer Marios Schwab creates ready-to-wear for women. First collection was launched in London in 2005 and a year later Schwab won the “British New Designer of the Year” becoming a star of the Fashion System.
Loved by celebrities, Schwab signed an agreement with the American fashion house Halston for a new collection which will debut next spring.
Marios Schwab offers a sophisticated total look, made of precious bohemian-chic garments, shirts worn under tops, chiffon trousers, stretch suits, dresses with drapes like fresh rosebuds, pale and fleshy petals.
The designer focuses on fluffy and large volumes, three-dimensional proportions and fabrics’ weights, fluid or rigid, highlighting the importance of layers which redefine the feminine silhouette.
