Alberta Ferretti main collection was established in 1974 by the Italian designer Alberta Ferretti.

This successful brand is the symbol of women's ready-to-wear, as well as Made in Italy excellence, popular all over the world, from the red carpet to international jet-set.

The unmistakable style of the brand is characterized by simple lines, precious embroideries and refined decorations, sophisticated colours and accurate craftmanship, creating a discreet and sophisticated icon of femininity, recognisable worldwide.

Designs take on several meanings, feelings and emotions: the designer, who has always loved chiffon, sees in romance the freedom to create, following her imagination, feelings, without forgetting the contemporary woman "who never betray herself."

In 2003, the brand created a special collection of 490 costumes, during the representation of "Carmen" by Bizet in the Opera of Rome, inspired by the strong and seductive personality of the main character.

In 2005, Alberta Ferretti presented in the impressive Piazza del Campidoglio the first Prêt-à-Couture: 20 designs dedicated to an ethereal, sensual and extremely feminine woman.

The brand has also created an exclusive line of bridal gowns.
