Philosophy

Emilio Pucci is a famed luxury brand.

It was created by the homonymous Florentine designer in the 50’s who started his career creating ski aerodynamic outfits for a friend.

New snowsuit became popular appearing on US Harper's Bazaar magazine.

This success encourages Emilio Pucci to create a collection of clothing and accessories, sold in its first boutique in Capri.

Company is famous worldwide especially for womenswear, and soon it expands its product range: menswear, footwear, bags, items not strictly linked to fashion, becoming a glamour and jet-set icon during 60’s and 70’s; an expression of women’s freedom new concept.

Emilio Pucci launched printed jersey clothing collection, stretch and unwrinkled, anticipating the legendary brand main concept, its dominant features and innovative designs.

Pucci is known worldwide for the legendary prints and patterns inspired by nature and landscapes, proposed in a colorful kaleidoscope.

Each print has the "Emilio" signature, marking the debut of the designer name as logo.

Emilio Pucci died in 1992. At first his daughter led the company, then creative designers were Christian Lacroix, Matthew Williamson and Peter Dundas, who have continued and developed the aesthetic Pucci brand concept and his sophisticated, aristocratic chic style.
