Safiyaa is a British haute-couture and ready-to-wear clothing label for women characterized by figure friendly silhouettes, smart pieces and simple styling solutions that build a timeless, multi-tasking wardrobe for day and evening.
With no formal training in fashion design, german-born designer Ms Karnuts developed her passion for fashion creating her own dresses: she began selling her garments to private clients under own brand Safiyaa, named after her daughter and, from what initially was meant to be a personal wardrobe, it became a fully-fledged business with own atelier and 14 couture tailors.
Karnuts decided to focus on couture fabrics, seasonless styles and timeless silhouettes: each garment is hand-sewn from start to finish by traditionally-trained tailors.
In addition to red carpet-worthy styles and cocktail attire, Safiyaa also offers elevated daywear: these classic yet versatile staples in stretch silk and viscose stretch are available in a wide variety of colors, with the luxurious addition of stretch leather and fine cashmere that makes the dresses comfortable, yet very flattering.
The classic, elegant pieces are perfect for daily routines, both corporate meetings and high-class social events, of powerful and confident women who know their style, choose their own trends, and believe that great looks should never compromise on comfort.
Safiyaa garments are sold selectively at luxury boutiques and department stores around the globe including such retailers as Barneys in New York, Harvey Nichols in Riyadh and Boutique 1 in Dubai, and to private clients, including a large circle of customers in the Middle East.
