Philosophy

Anya Hindmarch produces luxury leather items as handbags, footwear, luggage and also easy-to-wear and accessories.

The homonym British designer founded the company in 1887 at the age of eighteen and soon she opened her first London boutique in Walton Street.

The British brand specializing in handmade bags; it became famous for the clothe shopping bag with the expression "I'm not a plastic bag": the eco-tote cotton bag was born to support environmental cause against the use of plastic bags for supermarket shopping.

It soon became a real “must-have” among Hollywood celebrities, both for day and night.

Anya Hindmarch logo is a tiny ribbon and it marks key rings, wallets, beauty cases, travel bags, sandals, canvas espadrilles, coloured summer dresses and an huge range of handbags such as woven leather clutches with silver stitches, maxi-bags, silver and gold shoulder purses, shiny and bright and several designs of the popular canvas bags.
