Philosophy
A Kind of Guise is a german total-look clothing and accessories brand for men and women, born from the idea of creating products which are equally well designed and of high quality in terms of both production and materials used.
In the summer of 2009 the Munich label was born as a small project created by some students, initially to delight family and friends with their small collection of bags but, due to demand, they had to grow, rightly becoming a maison.
Next to tradition and functionality, the A Kind of Guise design team works with different musical and artistic influences that flow into their products.
All products by A Kind Of Guise have been crafted by selected local manufacturers in Germany, choosing from new and interesting fabrics and material, always keeping an eye on functionality and quality.
The collections feature a mix of a wide variety of styles, putting effort into every piece’s uniqueness with a special focus on color and detail.
The company's desire is to create long-lasting products with original ideas and great quality: each overcoats, jackets, thick knitwear, shirts, trousers, and accessories such as laptop bag, backpacks and scarves feature a distinctive and original look, feel and functionality.
