Sophia Webster is a brand of shoes and accessories for women, created by the homonymous designer in 2013, who launched her own company after working as assistant for Nicholas Kirkwood.
The designer is a graduate of Royal College of Art and her academic career has been highlighted by numerous awards, including the Cordwainers at London College of Fashion Award of Excellence in 2008, the Drapers Student Footwear Designer of the Year in 2009 and the Browns Shoe Designer Award in 2010.
Sophia is acclaimed for the development of a considerable, commercially and unique, aesthetics, that integrates feminine designs and a modern and sophisticated approach.
Sophia Webster received the Conde Nast Prize as the “Best emerging footwear designer” in 2012 and she also received the prestigious "New Gen Award" by the British Fashion Council, for her first three collections.
In 2013 she received the "Emerging Designer British Fashion Accessories Award" for brand commercial value, in addition to her stylistic and creative talent.
Sophia has launched her first pop-up store in Burlington Arcade, that has been accessible throughout summer of 2013, and after the great success, the designer opened a second pop-up store in Covent Garden, available from December to February 2014.
Footwear and accessories collections share Sophia’s passion for colors, patterns and they mix the funniest pop styles.

Her collections propose sandals, pumps, t-shoes, espadrilles, boots; all the designs show strong colors and a quirky allure that celebrate femininity, with modern and unconventional shoes.
Pvc leather sandals with colored heel, bands and lists, t-strap or ankle strap; sandals with candy pendants or cut-out masks; beautiful open-toe with polka dots heels, embellished with colorful stones and applications on the tip.
The brand also proposes wood or straw wedges, while glitter pumps show pink or white glitter leather, turquoise satin, or zebra details.
The slingback flat are often in the same colors of pumps, sandals and Mary Janes, with candy inserts on the tip.
