Clemsa

Philosophy

Clemsa creates bags and clutches for women.

The brand was founded after the Sabrina Clementi’ thesis, graduate in Product Design; the project highlights the differences between places and cultures, through different figurative languages of textile artifacts .

She graduate in January 2009 in Interior and Architecture with a thesis about the design of a Textile Museum, where clothes tell stories and cultures.

Her passion for textile surfaces and design push her to specialize in this business, with the degree in Product Design, after which she gets involved more and more to fashion industry.

In addition to studies on fabrics, she creates a collection of wearable upholstery, through fashion accessories and interior design, experimenting with different fabrics and shapes.

The Italian designer proposes a collection of handmade accessories with the weaving technique, the synthesis of an artisan soul and a “textile craft”, as she likes to call it.

The "No.made" collection offers textile surfaces belonging to some nomadic communities, used in everyday life.

Bags and accessories are linked to traditional craftsmanship but with a contemporary soul, thanks to refined shapes, high quality leathers and chic colors; these elements guarantee uniqueness, personality and Italian taste.

Once the fabric is cut, the weaving technique creates a textile surface strictly handmade,  without the use of seams.
