Rebecca Minkoff proposes clothing and accessories for women and it represents the New York dream: success, fame, love and, of course, independence.
At first the designer launched a handbags capsule collection in 2005 and in 2009 she created a ready to wear and footwear collections for women and also menswear under the label Ben Minkoff.
Today it leads the independent American brands and embodies the spirit and style of millions of strong, women, creating for them modern apparel who wants to have the perfect accessory, in the same way to have the perfect man.
Playful and ironic, the brand is one of the most important brand of affordable luxury, loved by celebrities.
The first "Morning After” bag has revisited the concept of romantic style; large and iconic, it has been spotted on celebrities such as Agyness Deyn, Alexa Chung, Reese Witherspoon and Rachel McAdams.
The brand is distributed in more than nine hundred stores around the world; Rebecca Minkoff translates the language of young people in clothes which remind beach parties.
No detail is overlooked: sun faded prints, Capri pants and minidresses, surfer shorts proposed in several fluo colours.
Minkoff also introduces animalier t-shirts, hand-drawn by his friend, the artist David Cook, leather varsity jackets and showy jewellery.
The American designer proposes an hipster mood, characterized by brocade or sequinned biker jackets, fluo trousers, oversized mannish blazers, items they want to make a more aggressive woman.
A kaleidoscope of shades and prints, acid colours, flowery prints, makes clothes and accessories flirtatious and extremely trendy.
