Yazbukey creates plexiglass jewellery and women's accessories.
Yaz, an Ottoman princess whose family has ruled Egypt, founded the brand on March 2000; after studying at the Studio Bercot and worked at Martin Margiela, Alexander McQueen, Givenchy and Jeremy Scott, Yaz creates her accessories universe that has also extended to home collections with “Home Sweet Home by Yazbukey”.
Yazbukey proposes playful and creative jewellery collections, designed from the fertile imagination of the Yaz, who mixes pop references, frivolous, extravagant and mysterious at the same time.
The designer combines the technical and structural plexiglass with unusual elements such as metal, fabrics or macramé.
Her necklaces host monkeys or smiley, snakes and giant eyes embellish evening bags, bone-shaped plexiglass bracelets, pins with the face of Freddy Mercury, Diana Spencer, David Bowie and Karl Lagerfeld.
Characters thicken a unique, original and colourful galaxy.
