Philosophy

The Swiss brand Zimmerli leads the underwear market.

Pauline Zimmerli Baurlin, a hosiery seamstress, founded the company in 1871; Zimmerli is not only one of the business forerunners, but it is one of the most important hosiery and underwear brand.

Zimmerli has a great reputation, thanks to its manufacture and fabrics such as silk, Egyptian cotton and lisle, fine fibres and natural products which made Zimmerli appreciated worldwide.

After almost one hundred and fifty years, Zimmerli has been creating refined and luxury underwear, strictly made Switzerland, using special processes which allow fabrics to remain flexible and soft, after many washes.

Tank tops, briefs, pajamas, underwear, nightgowns, breeches, Brazilian thongs, basic products are comfortable and soft; not surprisingly, they have no embroideries, but only sporadic white or ivory lace inserts.
