Schield Collection is an Italian brand of high-end jewelry created by the designer Roberto Ferlito from Trapani, Sicily, in partnership with photographer Diego Diaz Marin, which has allowed the project to become a true lifestyle and niche brand.
Schield Collection creates collections of jewelry made of non-precious materials, with a strongly artistic core, infused with shimmers and unconventional glows.
The Erice born designer begins his career, during the first years of art school, where improves his painting and sculpture skills, until get to his real interest: fashion business.
Ferlito starts as self-taught designer; with the creative help of his mother, the designer learns the basics of modeling tailoring, reinterpreting them according to his own fancy.
In 2000, after studying Milan, Ferlito moved to Florence, starting his internship in one of the most important fashion companies where he discovers the jewelry business.
Creations are real treasures which focus on innovation and quality of materials, but also on the cutting-edge design and refined details.
Collections are designed and finished as if they were real high jewelry, handmade of dipped gold brass, natural or semi-precious stones, especially original Swarovski Crystal Elements, that allow Schield creations to shine even in the distance.
Jewelries, strictly made in Italy, focus on new shapes, designed for those who want to distinguish themselves by wearing designs borrowed from nature, such as flowers, swallows, bees and fruits, or from the Japanese culture, such as dragons, or from the equestrian world.
Each piece features pearls and rhinestones, decorative unconventional elements made of metallic mix & with several shades such as red and blue, gold, bronze, soft white, brightening in a new light.
