Philosophy

Tom Ford created his own menswear, accessories and footwear luxury collection in 2005 with Domenico De Sole.

Thomas Carlyle Ford is famous in the fashion industry for his contribution to Gucci Group business repositioning.

The visionary designer was a Studio 54 habitué in the 70s as lots of celebrities and he met Andy Warhol and his pop art.

Tom Ford glam designs are inspired by art, architecture, movie and Hollywood.

Tom Ford launched in 2007 luxury menswear collection both ready-to-wear and made to measure, creating trousers, footwear, tailored shirts and dresses, inspired by the 60’s and 70’s and dandy style, revived with modern twist.

He also proposed several version of tuxedo, the iconic menswear item.

He creates classic items mixed with sport and casual wear, and also a sunglasses collection.

The designer matches Prince of Wales, stripes and checks with bright colours.

Tom Ford collaborated with Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent.

He also directed the movie “A single Man” in 2008 and he created Daniel Craig/James Bond "Quantum of Solace" outfits.

Ford won several fashion awards with his own collection, including five Council of Fashion Designers of America awards.
