Philosophy
The two designers, of Chinese origin, Gaowei + Xinzhan, respectively from Beijing and Shanghai, creates womenswear for the homonymous brand.
After the first meeting in the Atelier Chardon Savard in Paris, following work experience with Christian Lacroix, they joined forces and passion founding their own label in 2001.
Harmonious and contradictory apparel, with simple shapes, mixes the Shanghai fashion of the 20’s and 30’s with the Parisian haute couture.
Garments are perfect for both day and night and respect the concept of comfort, keeping a chic and glamorous soul.
The line aims to enhance femininity and elegance of every woman, thanks to the attention to details, the use of feathers, lace, gems and fine printed fabrics, created by the common imagination of Gaowei and Xinzhan.
