The young Serbian designer Roksanda Ilincic launched her own label in 2002.
Roksanda, is one of the most exciting emerging designers in the international fashion scene; she studied art in her homeland and then moved to London, where she graduated from Central Saint Martins, specializing in womenswear design.
Her contemporary collections reveal simple and modern lines, a personal concept of femininity, who want to communicate strong and well defined emotions.
The various sources of inspiration are from old movies, press, the ballet, the Parisian atmosphere in the 40’s and 50’s.
Roksanda Ilincic creations have various supporters such as Tilda Swinton, Thandie Newton, Roisin Murphy, up to Michelle Obama.
