Philosophy

The Serbian designer Nana Aganovich and  Brooke Taylor create refined and elegant womenswear.

Aganovich meets Taylor returning from a journey, and in 2005 they decided to establish a brand influenced by the Taylor’s writing talent, creating a collections  that evokes a narrative aesthetic.

The collection, where art meets fashion, is presented for the first time in Paris, in 2009, reaching  immediately a great success.

There is always a very cerebral approach and the several sources of inspiration are really unusual; futuristic and avant-garde atmospheres, Japanese inspirations, icebergs, avalanches and photography as in the case of Inrving Penn’s flowers.

Collections are imaginative and bizarre with structured volumes and geometrically shaped fabrics, optical contrasts; asymmetrical cuts, a particular style and deeply modernist mood, against the usual fashion trends.
