Zef

Philosophy

Zef is a French brand creating childrenwear from zero to sixteen years old..

Mariù De Andreis, daughter of the Italian fashion photographer Paolo Roversi, since 2003 has been capturing the typical Bo-Ho French-style for her childrenwear collections.

These fashionable garments are characterized by  high quality fabrics, elegant designs, vaguely ethnic, but at the same time classic and unique.

Collections focus on poetry, elitism and contrasts, suitable not only for little girls or boys: they are unisex and versatile, without a real gender connotation.

A pure classical design, enhanced by colourful prints, not necessarily fashionable, perfectly suited to the child's world.

Skirts, jeans, mini dresses, jackets, jumpsuits, but also vests, overalls, leggings, are created according to traditional codes, attention to finishes; sheepskin for the Indian style vests or liberty fabrics and wool for shoes padding.

The colours and fabrics are Italy-inspired, where the designer Mariù spent her childhood, while  cuts are urban-chic and streetwear.

Zef owns five stores in Paris, but the entire collection is available worldwide.

Clothes and accessories, bold and delicate, won over the fashionable mums.

The style imprinting combines sober and simple drawings, sophisticated French elegance, in contrast with strident colours and loud prints of the prevailing fashion.
