Marcelo Burlon

Philosophy

Marcelo Burlon is an Italian brand of t-shirts and sweatshirts for men and women.

The brand is named after the versatile events manager and a former editor in chief of “Rodeo” magazine,  who managed to make itself known within the fashion industry thanks to his enthusiasm and his ability to engage people.

PR,  model for Helmut Lang and Jean-Paul Gaultier, dj in the most exclusive clubs like the Silencio in Paris, and now emerging fashion designer with an annual turnover amounting to one million euros, Marcelo, born in 1976, has established, thanks to its impeccable style, partnership with important companies as fashion consultant.

After this working so multifaceted digression, the neo-designer started a big project, thanks to the influence of his friend and stylist Riccardo Tisci, launching “County of Milan” a t-shirts collection characterized by psychedelic and kaleidoscopic graphics, which contain all the beauty of his homeland, the Patagonia, and the most deeply rooted traditions, taking inspirations also from clubs and rave.

Even the model Lea T, plays a predominant role as a testimonial of the brand and Marcelo's muse.

His t-shirts and sweatshirts are enriched by linear patterns, prints of esoteric symbols of the Patagonia natives, hippy culture, good luck charms, big snakes, feathers, wolves, parrots and horns of wild animals, giants, pixelated Pac Man.

Shirts and sweater are available at Barney's in New York, Selfridges in London, Opening Ceremony in New York and Los Angeles, Lane Crawford in China, Antonioli in Milan and Tsum in Moscow; moreover, the collection is already available in two hundred and fifty stores worldwide.
